Booking Process: Customers can book a car valeting appointment through our website, phone, or in-person. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a deposit, if applicable.
Cancellation Policy: Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full price of the service.
Deposit Policy: For certain services or during peak times, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure a booking. The deposit amount will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking and will be applied towards the total cost of the service.
Rescheduling Policy: Customers may request to reschedule their appointment, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original appointment time. Any price differences for rescheduled appointments may apply.
Late Arrival Policy: Customers are expected to arrive on time for their appointment. If a customer arrives late, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and the full price of the service may still apply.
Changes to Services: Any changes or additions to the services requested by the customer must be communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability of additional services on the day of the appointment.
Refunds: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for cancellations made with ample notice or in the case of extenuating circumstances. Any refunds granted will be processed according to our refund policy.
Communication: Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information at the time of booking, and for checking their email or phone for appointment confirmation, reminders, and updates. We are not responsible for missed communications due to inaccurate contact information provided by the customer.
COVID-19 Safety Measures: During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented additional safety measures to protect our customers and staff. Customers are expected to comply with our safety protocols, which may include wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, and adhering to other safety guidelines.
